Yarn Fun

While on vacation, I got to splurge a bit and play with some new yarns (to me at least). Here are my top three new favorites to crochet with:

Frog Tree Merino Wool: Oh my, its incredibly soft. Like alpaca or cashmere soft. Plus the money goes to a non-profit co-op to help women in Bolivia. Definitely worth a look next time you are at your LYS.





Debbie Bliss Pure Silk: Purely wonderful. The definition in the stitches are beautiful. Definitely would make heirloom quality gifts.







Southwest Trading Amaizing: This yarn made its debut at the last TNNA. Since then all the news has been good, so I gave it a try. And by goly, its a great yarn. Who would have thought corn as fashion, but it is.
